It isn't entirely functional right now, but how it's supposed to work for buying is: You click "Market Place" from the Community dropdown, search the name of an item, and click on the shop that has it - and this is when you get an error page.
For selling, you click "User Shop" from the User Info dropdown, purchase a Deluxe Stall (haven't tested this) and (theoretically) list items there. I may save up my feathers and see how listing works, but that's what I know for sure right now !
