I go out to water the plants and play with my dog Fezzic! I also work on my dad's lawn every weekend so I get plenty of sunlight when I do that.

when it's not searingly hot and humid out, i'll go out and exercise a little. i used to be in color guard in high school and have a flag i can practice fundamentals with, but i'm out of practice with tossing. my house is too small to do much inside so i do it outside. it's p much the only way i get sun anymore.

I'm lucky enough to be somewhere where I'm alone, so I get my sun by walking on the nearby forest path with my dog!

Honestly, I enjoy laying out on the porch on a chair and soaking in the sun, as well I like to go downstairs and lay a towel on the ground in the sun and draw for a couple of hours. For me with low vitamin D, i need to get out in the sun as much as i can, so i try to do those things as often as i can

To get some sunlight, I usually go outside on our little porch to water the plants or just sit and enjoy the weather. That, or I open the window.

Unfortunately, I haven't even been awake when the sun's been out, these past few days, but I really miss the gardens.

we have a three-season porch and an outdoor sofa in there. vines are climbing up some of the windows now so i love to go in there and lay on our sofa with my cat, who loves it because it gets warm in there, with the sun peeking through the vines!

I am a ginger, so, bear that in mind; I literally have to stay inside most of the time until I get a tan or I literally can't walk from the burns.
but
I absolutely adore biking. I lived about 4.5 miles from the library until I moved recently, and the fastest route had sidewalk the entire way. Plus, a ton of restaurants were on the way, too. So, I'd bike into town, grab some books, pop into my choice of restaurants (a variety of fast food, plus an Applebee's, a Chinese place, a Japanese place, a Mexican place, and a local restaurant famous for their burgers), and then maybe loiter in Walmart or Lowes before coasting home, which, to make this all better, was 60% downhill (and 35% flat). It was a great way for me to just get out of the house and get some sun if it wasn't too hot or raining. (I mean, I've made the trip in rain too, but that is never fun!)
Alternatively, swimming is fun too, but I'm not a fan of getting wet for the sake of getting wet unless there are water slides involved....

I love laying on a raft in a pool for hours. Load up on sunscreen though
