I have a crazy shifting sleep schedule so the two main things that have been helping me is my black-out curtains and some melatonin about an hour before bed. I also have my fancy pillow and my weighted blanket. Add the fan and I'm good to go.
I miss the days when I could just sleep anyways super deeply. XD

I unwind by listening to some of my favorite videos to go to sleep. it really depends, sometimes ill listen to the same thing for a few months, sometimes it can be for a short time sometimes a long time. Currently, its Brewstew, and i enjoy listening to his videos when going to sleep. I've listen to Danny Gonzales, Hellfreezer, Beta 64, Phelous, and more!

I've found I've had an easier time falling asleep the past few nights now that I have an eyemask. Total darkness! If needed, I'll put in some earbuds and find some nice music to fall asleep to~

1. Staying up until I naturally start to feel like I'm *this* far away from falling asleep
2. Surrounding myself with my favorite plushies :>
3. Thinking about my OCs or other peaceful made up scenarios (bonus: nice dreams sometimes)
